Is your subwoofer speaker damaged? Don’t worry! 😃 In this guide, I’ll show you how I repaired my JBL Bar 9.1 subwoofer speaker at home using a cheap DIY method to repair broken subwoofer speaker.
I recently faced a big issue – a rat chewed 🐀through my subwoofer speaker🔊! I was extremely disappointed😱 because this is my favorite speaker💔. I initially thought of replacing just the speaker cone (Speaker Cover), but that could affect the Original JBL Sound quality. Later, I even considered replacing the entire subwoofer speaker.
However, before going for a full replacement, I decided to try a DIY repair, and surprisingly, it worked perfectly without any issues! 🤩 That’s why I’m sharing this repair method with you.🎯
Step 1: Remove the Speaker from the Subwoofer

Before patching the hole, carefully remove the speaker from the subwoofer using a screwdriver. While doing this, check the internal wiring for any damage. If you find chewed or broken wires, fix them first before proceeding with the speaker repair.
Step 2: Patching the Speaker Hole
